Through the Foodstuffs Butchery Apprenticeship Programme, you'll earn while you learn, gain a nationally recognized qualification, and develop valuable skills in a trade that's always in demand.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Butchery Apprentice, you'll learn all aspects of the trade, including:

• Learning to prepare, cut, and pack products to the highest standards.
• Producing quality products to meet customer demand.
• Creating value-added products and attractive displays.

• Developing the practical skills and product knowledge needed to become a qualified butcher.

• Enjoys hands-on work and learning new skills.
• Works well in a team and takes pride in their work.
• Is physically fit and flexible with early starts and weekend work.
