Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Butchery Apprentice to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn from seasoned butchers and develop hands-on skills in meat preparation, customer service, and general department operations. This permanent, full-time position is available for an immediate start, and applications will close once we find the right candidate (only short listed candidates will be contacted).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and presentation of a variety of meat products

• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the butchery department
• Engage with customers, addressing inquiries and offering product recommendations
• Pack and restock shelves as needed to ensure efficient department operations
• Support the butchery team with stock management
