Butchery Assistant/Meat Packer

Our vibrant and thriving butchery department is eagerly seeking a talented and passionate butchery assistant.

Previous butchery experience is not required. 

We require someone who is….

• A self-motivated, punctual individual
• Shows a positive "can do" attitude and initiative
• Honest, hardworking & reliable to do their part for the benefit of the whole team.  
• Have an eye for detail
• Be able to communicate effectively
• Excellent work ethic

To be suitable, you must:

• Be physically fit and reliable
• Knowledge and love for meat and a genuine passion for the trade
• Have a positive and hardworking attitude
• Maintaining standards and an eye for detail
• A co-operative spirit
• Able to work within the parameters of a Food Safety Program
• Have a good command of the English language
• Able to share a good joke or two

Tuesday - 7:00am - 4:00pm

Friday - 7:00am - 4:00pm

Saturday - 7:00am - 4:00pm
