Butchery Assistant

We need a reliable Assistant to join our Butchery team. Full training is always provided but we are seeking keen individuals who are driven and willing to learn.

Our successful applicant will be:

• Comfortable handling raw meat
• Able to follow instructions and work unsupervised
• Dedicated to providing great customer service
• Comfortable working in the cold
• Able to do department cleaning

What does a Butchery Assistant / Meat Packer do?

You will be responsible for traying and wrapping a selection of butchery products, refilling the shop front, department cleaning and assisting the butchers as required throughout the day. This is a fantastic opportunity to see a butchery department in action and what happens to get stock on the shelves.

Available shifts:

Sunday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:00

Friday - Saturday 08:00 - 16:00
