Butchery Assistant


We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑driven team member to help deliver outstanding store standards, exceptional customer service, and smooth daily operations. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, responsible for maintaining high levels of merchandising, stock accuracy, food safety, and overall department presentation. You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring shelves are full, displays are appealing, and all compliance requirements are met.

You’ll support operational excellence by managing stock rotation, maintaining clean and safe work areas, resolving customer enquiries, and upholding pricing and signage accuracy. The role also contributes to financial performance through cost control, efficient processes, and supporting promotional activity.
