Butchery Assistant

Four Square Martinborough, a small-footprint supermarket with a big-store butchery, is seeking a Butchery Assistant.  We offer a competitive work environment with excellent P&K benefits (discounts at The General Store and Mitre 10 Martinborough)

This is a 4-day week role, 32 hours (Wednesday to Saturday)

In this role, you’ll:

• Prepare top-quality cuts of meat, ensuring exceptional presentation for our customers. Experience is a plus; however we’re willing to train the right person.
• Be a Team Player & Customer Champion, working collaboratively with colleagues and independently when needed, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic butchery, adhering to all food safety practices.
• Be eager to learn new skills and develop your knowledge of the meat industry.

• Meticulous around cleaning and have a strong work ethic
