Butchery Assistants @Napier City PAKnSAVE

PAK'nSAVE Napier City is looking for two energetic and reliable Butchery Assistants to join our busy team. This is a great opportunity to build your skills, learn from experienced butchers, and be part of a supportive environment.

About the Role

In this position you will assist our Butchery team with the preparation, packing and labelling of meat products. You'll help ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and presented to a high standard. A key part of this role is maintaining strict food safety and hygiene practices, along with supporting general cleaning and housekeeping tasks. You will be required to provide helpful and friendly service to our customers.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for people with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail. You should be able to work well within a team, manage your time effectively, and be reliable with your attendance. While previous experience in a butchery or food-handling environment is helpful, it is not essential as full training will be given.

Roster

We have two positions available:

Roster 1: Sunday - Thursday 06.00-14.30

Roster 2: Monday 06.00-14.30, Friday and Saturday 09.00-17.30
