BUTCHERY MANAGER

This Is Not a Maintenance Role

We're not looking for someone to simply maintain the department.

Our Butchery Department has great potential, and we're looking for a motivated leader to drive growth, improve performance, and build a strong team. We're seeking someone who is data and process driven, uses information to make decisions, and can consistently improve results through strong operational discipline.

This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to step up to a manager role.

Your Opportunity

You will be responsible for:

• Taking ownership of department performance
• Growing sales and profitability
• Maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and presentation
• Leading, coaching, and developing the butchery team

Who We're Looking For

You'll bring:

• Experience with SAP and Fresh Buy.
• Experience managing people and performance
• An ability to work with numbers, budgets, and KPIs
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
• High standards and attention to detail

Previous butchery or supermarket experience is preferred, but leadership and a results-driven attitude are what matter most.
