We are seeking a full-time dynamic and experienced Butchery Manager to join our team. As the Butchery Manager you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our Butchery department. You'll contribute to delivering a positive shopping experience for our customers while ensuring operational excellence in the butchery department.

• Lead a team of skilled butchers, inspiring excellence in every cut.
• Ensure top-notch quality and freshness of our meat products.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation efficiently.
• Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with our community.

 What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in butchery and meat processing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and industry standards.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
