• Leads and mentors a team of butchers and packers to deliver excellent  service and product quality
• Manages department operations, including ordering, range, merchandising, and stock control
• Achieves department sales, gross profit, and wage targets
• Maintains 100% pricing accuracy and implementing Foodstuffs promotional activity

If successful you will be responsible for  the planning and coordinating all facets of the day-to-day operations of the Department and ensuring staff are well trained to provide the best overall shopping experience for their customers. This role will ideally suit someone with previous supervisory/Management experience in a meat retailing environment. Experience with SAP system would a must
