Butchery Manager

We are seeking applicants with a passion for preparing and presenting food and delivering excellent customer service, while providing positive leadership to a busy dedicated team, and being part of a strong leadership team who make our store hum! 

• Do you want the chance to build your business knowledge in a retail fresh food environment and apply your people skills in leading a team?
• Can you deliver on agreed budgets and targets, and excel at consistently delivering high standards and excellent customer service?
• Do you have SAP experience or able to demonstrate experience in retail IT or ordering systems?
• Do you have a sound understanding of Food Safety requirements for a Food Control Plan and the importance of this for the customer?

We are seeking an individual who has strong organisational and communication skills. You will also display high presentation standards, honesty, and an excellent work ethic. If successful, you will be planning and coordinating all facets of the day-to-day operations of the Butchery department, as well as looking for opportunities to improve our offering even further.

The hours and days of work will be discussed with applicants at the interview stage but are full time and include a weekend shift.
