Butchery Manager
We are seeking applicants with a passion for preparing and presenting good quality food, while providing positive leadership to a busy dedicated team, and being part of a strong management team who make our store hum!
- Do you want the chance to build your business knowledge in a retail fresh food environment and apply your people skills in leading a team?
- Can you deliver on agreed budgets and targets, and excel at consistently delivering high standards and excellent customer service?
- Do you have SAP experience or able to demonstrate experience in retail IT or ordering systems?
- Do you have a sound understanding of Food Safety requirements for a Food Control Plan and the importance of this for the customer?
The hours and days of work will be discussed with applicants at the interview stage but are full time and include a weekend shift.
