Butchery Supervisor

Morrinsville New World is currently looking for a butchery supervisor to join our dynamic Butchery team to assist the Department Manager in maximising sales and achieving specified profit margins whilst managing expenses, stock levels and the Department Team so that our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience. 

Salary $70,000 - $80,000.  Minimum of 45 hours per week.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

1) A Foodstuffs Butchery Apprenticeship Graduate or Trade Certificate.

2) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; SAP knowledge an advantage.

3) Previous butchery experience.

4) To be customer service and results focused.

5) To be physical fit and healthy.

6) Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills

7) An exceptional team player.

8) People Leadership skills.

9) Team management experience required.
