Cafe Team leader / Assistant

We are on the lookout for a friendly, energetic team player to join our team, in a full time role, 1 day weekend is essential - This is a hands on role.

What we need from you

• Excellent customer service skills and a natural take to making customers feel welcome.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage staff and rosters
• An ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team environment. 
• A willingness to learn about our range of products and have ideas for new products / range
• Have barista skills, the ability to make  smoothies and fresh juices or be a fast learner 
• Ordering skills and Gross Profit understanding
• Previous experience in a similar shop/café assistant role preferred.
• Have excellent cleaning, safety, and hygiene standards

Must have PR or a valid work visa.
