We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to manage the day-to-day running of our in-store cafe to achieve the highest possible standards of customer service, quality, cleanliness and profitability. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Ability to demonstrate a strong "customer focus" and be able to identify and focus on their needs and expectations
- Display strong leadership qualities such as being approachable, supportive and having strong communication skills
- Have an understand of Safe Food Handling Procedures
Responsible with the leadership of the Cafe team, the successful applicant will be involved with the training, monitoring, and performance of staff. Working with the team to complete their duties is an essential part of this position.
This position is a permanent, full-time role - totaling 40 hours (Sunday-Thursday)
