The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Cake baker and decorator to deliver outstanding product every time.

This is a hands-on role on the shop floor, baking and decorating as well as completing special orders running efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Bake and decorate cakes, donuts etc during your shifts.

• Ensure customers receive friendly, efficient service at all times
• Handle customer queries and orders.
• Innovate and keep ahead of industry trends
• Seasonal product variations
• Complete end-of-day and evening close procedures for Bakery
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, presentation, food safety and health & safety

  
  

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous baking and decorating experience  – essential

• Strong customer service skills and a calm, friendly manner
• The ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Confidence in working in a team and being prepared to adapt to our ever- changing environment.
• Reliability, good communication skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude 

Hours & Availability

Full-time position (approximately 35–40 hours per week)

• Includes a variety of shifts
