🚀 Casual Checkout Supervisor Wanted – Join New World Tawa! 🚀
We’re looking for a Casual Checkout Supervisor to join our team at New World Tawa! This is a flexible role with the potential for up to three shifts per week, but as a casual position, hours are not guaranteed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Supervising and supporting the checkout team during shifts
🔹 Ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth checkout experience
🔹 Handling queries, refunds, and assisting with any issues that arise
🔹 Helping to train and support team members
🔹 Jumping on a checkout when needed to keep things moving
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous supermarket or retail experience (checkout leadership a bonus!)
✅ A confident, positive leader with great problem-solving skills
✅ Strong customer service and communication abilities
✅ Reliable, flexible, and able to step in as needed
✅ Ability to work evenings and weekends when required
✅ A DM certificate is a bonus but not essential
