Our night crew keeps the Bay’s hospitality and foodservice operators supplied and ready for the next day. It’s fast-paced, physical work where accuracy and teamwork matter.

The Shift

6:00pm – 4:00am

Sunday to Friday shifts (casual shifts offered as required)

As a casual team member, shifts are offered based on operational demand and KPI’s. There are no guaranteed hours — giving you flexibility while still offering consistent opportunities during busy periods.

What the Role Involves

Service Picking is active, and hands-on work. You will:

• Pick customer orders accurately using scanning technology
• Move safely and efficiently through the warehouse
• Lift and stack cartons (moderate to heavy)
• Work across chilled and ambient areas
• Meet performance and accuracy KPI targets
• Support the wider team to deliver on time

You’ll be on your feet most of the shift. Fitness, reliability, and strong attention to detail are essential.

What We’re Looking For

You must:

• Be physically fit and capable of regular lifting
• Be reliable and available for night shifts
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have the legal right to work in New Zealand
• Have steel cap boots
• Be able to provide:
• Photo ID
• IRD number
• NZ bank account details

Warehouse or picking experience is an advantage — attitude and work ethic matter most.
