Here, at PAK’nSAVE Palmerston North we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Checkout Manager. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and are currently looking for a Checkout Manager to lead the Checkout team. We endeavour to reward our customers with a great shopping experience while eating well for less. 

Your key responsibilities and requirements will be

• Enhancing customer service and delivering excellent service
• Effectively resolving customer queries and complaints
• Managing the roster and ensuring there is adequate staffing levels
• Ensuring the checkout team follow correct processes and procedures
• Training new team members
• Leading a large team of 90+ Staff Members

About you:

• You will have proven Management experience
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to think of on your feet
• You’re a driven leader and able to lead by experience
• Highly motivated with communication skills and initiative

Hours of work

Sunday - Thursday - Hours to be discussed.
