Checkout 2IC
We
are seeking an experienced Checkout 2IC or Senior Checkout Supervisor to join
our team! If you have strong leadership skills and thrive in a fast-paced retail
environment, this is an excellent opportunity.
Key
Responsibilities
- Support the Checkout Manager
in daily operations.
- Lead and motivate the checkout
team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Supporting the Checkout
Manager to ensure all service, compliance, and H&S standards are met
and exceeded.
- Assist with staff training and
development.
- Maintain efficient operations
during peak periods.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Checkout
2IC or Senior Checkout Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of SAP system
is beneficial.
- Lotto terminal operation experience
- Current General Manager’s
Certificate or LCQ.
- A true team player with
excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and
remain calm under pressure.
- Proactive, reliable, and able
to lead by example.
