Checkout Assistant - Casual

It’s that time of year when casual checkout positions are opening up! With some of our student team members heading off to tertiary study early next year, we have a few opportunities available. These roles offer flexible shifts and hours, perfect for fitting around school, EIT, another job, or simply if you’re looking for extra work.

The Checkout Department is the heart of customer service in our store. Your role is all about providing friendly, efficient service—accurately scanning items and greeting customers with a smile. Maintaining a great conversation while working at a productive pace and ensuring accuracy is our top priority.

This role involves afternoon and weekend shifts, making it a great fit for students or anyone looking to earn some extra income. There’s also potential for permanent hours once our current student team members head off to university at the end of January.
