Are you currently serving as a Checkout Manager or Checkout Assistant Manager and eager to lead a dynamic and enthusiastic team? We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Checkout Assistant Manager who will play a vital role in guiding a dedicated team of approximately 60 staff members in our fast-paced retail environment. With our current Checkout Manager retiring early next year, there could also be an exciting opportunity to step up into this pivotal leadership role when it becomes available.
We seek a candidate who possesses strong leadership skills and demonstrates a genuine passion for both our customers and team members. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining the flow at the checkouts, ensuring adequate coverage, and delivering excellent service, all of which are crucial in supporting our customers' satisfaction.

You will have a proven track record in effective team management and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
