Checkout Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

• As a Checkout Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to excellent customer service
• Leading, training, and inspiring our checkout team of currently 60 staff members
• Managing daily checkout operations — from rostering and performance
• Creating a positive, respectful, and supportive team culture built on communication and care
• Ensuring all service, compliance, and health & safety standards are met and exceeded
• Looking for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall checkout experience

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership experience in retail, customer service, or a similar large, fast-paced environment
• Preference to current Checkout Managers or Assistant Checkout Managers
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• A calm, professional approach — even when things get busy! A passion for people, teamwork, and creating great customer experiences
