We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated
person to join our Front-End team as a Checkout Operator / Supervisor.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy, customer-focused
environment where no two days are the same.
Day and Hours:
Mon- Thurs
10am-7pm
Sun: 12:30pm-9pm
About the Role:
- Providing outstanding customer service at our
checkouts
- Assisting with the smooth daily running of the
Front-End department
- Supervising and supporting checkout staff during
shifts
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues in a
professional manner
- Maintaining high standards of presentation,
accuracy, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, can-do attitude with strong people
skills
- Previous customer service or supervisory experience
(retail experience an advantage but not essential)
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliability, honesty, and the ability to work well
under pressure
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including
evenings and weekends
