Checkout Operator/Supervisor - Full Time

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated person to join our Front-End team as a Checkout Operator / Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same.

Day and Hours:

Mon- 10am-7pm

Tues: 10am-7pm

Wed: 10am-7pm

Thurs:10am-7pm

Fri& Sat: OFF

Sun: 12:30pm-9pm

About the Role:

• Providing outstanding customer service at our checkouts
• Assisting with the smooth daily running of the Front-End department
• Supervising and supporting checkout staff during shifts
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, accuracy, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude with strong people skills
• Previous customer service or supervisory experience (retail experience an advantage but not essential)
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliability, honesty, and the ability to work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
