Checkout operator
New World Pioneer is a large, locally owned and operated supermarket in Palmerston North. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for every customer. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic team member to join our Checkout team on a part-time basis.
About the Role
As a Checkout Operator, you will be one of the last people our customers interact with during their shopping experience, making excellent customer service a key part of the role.
You will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service, accurately processing customer purchases, handling enquiries, and helping create a welcoming and positive environment for our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in providing great service. It would also suit someone looking for weekend work while studying or balancing other commitments.

Hours of Work
Friday: 3:00pm – 9:30pm
Saturday: 3:00pm – 9:30pm
Sunday: 3:00pm – 9:30pm
