Checkout Supervisor-Bay of Islands


 

New World Kerikeri are looking for a Checkout Supervisor to help us deliver the best customer experience and to motivate and inspire our team

The Role:

Permanent Full-Time Position, 40hrs+ per week, 5 days per week.

As a Checkout Supervisor you'll be a hands-on leader, with a passion for customer service.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a high-quality shopping experience for customers through exceptional customer service.
  • Team member supervision and training.
  • Maintaining health & safety and food safety policies to agreed standards
  • Monitoring the security of the checkout area at all times.
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints appropriately and ensuring speedy resolution of price integrity and returns.
