We are seeking a permanent experience full time Checkout Supervisor to join our team.

We are looking for a flexible supervisor to work on the floor and create a positive atmosphere for our staff and customers.  

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring our customers gets Excellent Service at all times so that our customers return knowing they will receive the ultimate Customer Service Experience
  • Ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Know when to open more checkouts, help operators under pressure and remain calm and Customer focused ABOUT YOU

  • Have experience and be confident in providing clear and consistent direction to staff.
  • Be approachable for both customers and staff.
  • Provide consistently high levels of customer service.
  • Be physically able to carry out manual handling of product at different levels

  • Have strong communication skills and an excellent work ethic.
  • Be Reliable and flexible when required
