Checkout Supervisor!!!
We are looking for a Checkout Supervisor to join our team at New World Milford - We pride ourselves on our customer service, so we are looking for a fantastic team member to join the fun!
This is a fulltime role - 33 hours weekly
- Sunday to Thursday
The role at a glance:
- Operating checkouts including scanning items, being in the know with special promotions, cash handling and more
- Giving fantastic customer service that our customers already know and love us for
- Packing bags and trollies
- Trolley collection
- Play a positive role in the culture of our team and working closely with a diverse team
The supervisor Role:
- Ensuring the Checkout team provide exceptional customer service every time.
- Resolving customer issues, questions and concerns as they arise
- Ensuring Food Safety and Health Safety compliance standards are maintained at all times.
- Dealing with restricted, liquor processes.
What are we looking for:
- An ability to work on your own or in a large diverse team
- A confident person who is able to create a great customer experience
- Confident with basic math's and counting for cash handling
- Ability to speak and understand English at a competent level
- Can listen to instructions and make things happen
- A fantastic attitude and work ethic and a passion for helping make a workplace great
- Ideally previous experience in customer service, cash handling and/or a retail environment.
