Checkout Supervisor - NW Long Bay

We are looking for our next customer service superstar to join our team, to add some variety in the role, it also includes a shift with our online team, picking, packing and delivering orders. 

The Role:

• Serve customers and be a key point of contact for customer queries. 
• Provide support to the checkout team by organising breaks and managing customer flow.
• Help to lead the checkout team.
• Process restricted purchases.
• Support the Lotto counter, cafe and Gelato area
• Working within the online department 1 day a week, which includes deliveries

What are we looking for:

• Someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
• Reliable, honest and be a good team player.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Confidence and maturity to work unassisted at times.
• Some flexibility around days and hours to help with leave cover
• NZ driving license
• Over 25 years for age for insurance purposes on the online van
• Some experience in customer services 

This position is 4 days a week (32.5hours), Days and hours:

Monday: 9.30am - 7.00pm

Wednesday: 2.00pm-10.00pm

Friday: 2.00pm - 10.00pm

Saturday: 7.00am - 4.00pm (online including deliveries)
