Checkout Supervisor

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an outgoing and motivated Checkout/ Online Supervisor to help lead a positive, high-performing team that embodies our key values of Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Attitude.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, supporting the checkout/ online team to deliver friendly, efficient service while ensuring smooth day-to-day front-end operations. You’ll play a key role in creating a supportive team culture and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced supermarket environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise and support checkout/ online team members during daily operations
• Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient customer service
• Assist customers with enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor checkout performance, accuracy, and security
• Ensure checkout areas are clean, organised, and well maintained
• Make sure enough checkouts are operating during busy periods
• Handle customer complaints calmly and effectively
• Support smooth day-to-day store operations
• Maintain a positive and welcoming shopping experience
  *Full Time Permanent role 35-40 hours per week

• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
• Previous supermarket experience preferred but not essential
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not essential
• Holding a Liquor Licence would be an advantage but is not essential
