Checkout Supervisor


As a Checkout Supervisor you will be responsible for monitoring & managing customer flow and checkout operations to ensure the appropriate number of checkouts are open at all times to deliver the best customer experience & keep queues as short as possible!

You'll act as a role model for the Checkout Team & keep morale high … even when it gets stressful! Our supervisors also monitor the security of the checkout area, handle customer feedback courteously and strive to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

You'll build great relationships across all departments to ensure the speedy resolution of customer queries. We're looking for someone who will take real pride in their place of work by making sure the checkout area always looks great & who is 100% committed to delivering the BEST customer experience.

You'll need:
