Checkout Supervisor

Do you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in customer service and keeping things running smoothly? Do have checkout operator experience? We are looking for an enthusiastic checkout supervisor to join our team delivering warm, welcoming service our customers know us for. 

What be you'll doing?

• Make sure customers enjoy a smooth, friendly and efficient checkout service
• Support and guide your colleagues on shift
• Lead and motivate the checkout team
• Manage, tills, cash handling and quick problem solving when needed
• Maintain a clean, tidy checkout, front of store and trolley area
• Work closely with department managers to keep standards high

What we're looking for?

• A confident people-person with previous retail, checkout operator experience
• Someone who can work under pressure and leads by example
• Someone who is flexible - including one weekend day and either doing opening (6.45am start) or closing (9pm finish) shifts
• A positive attitude and genuine care for customers and teammates
• Someone physically fit to do all duties
