Checkout Supervisor

Do you love to lead, inspire, spread positive energy and give every customer a great experience? We have an opportunity to join our awesome checkout team. As a checkout supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the checkout area runs smoothly, supporting team members and creating an awesome shopping experience for our customers. 

What you'll do:

- Support the checkout team and lead some shifts

- Serve customers at Checkout and help them at self-checkout

- Manage customer queries

- Help maintain a positive, high-energy team environment

- Help keep the front of our store looking fabulous

What we are looking for:

- Previous customer or retail experience

- Previous supervisor experience or demonstrated leadership and communication skilld

- The ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment

- A great team player

- Flexibility to work across shifts - including early morning, late evening and weekend shifts

- A passion for customer service

This is a Permanent Full-Time role and will include one weekend day shift.
