Checkout Supervisors & Key Holders

PAK'nSAVE Napier City is looking for two motivated and reliable Checkout Supervisors/Key Holders to join our Checkout Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operation of our front-end team.

As a Checkout Supervisor/Key Holder, you'll assist with the smooth running of the checkout area, support and coach team members, authorise transactions, handle customer queries, and help ensure our customers leave with a great shopping experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Supervising and supporting checkout team members
• Authorising refunds, overrides, age-restricted sales, and other transactions
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Assisting with staff direction and break management
• Handling customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Supporting store security and compliance procedures
• Maintaining a positive and productive team environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A confident and positive attitude
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to support the wider team when required
• LCQ and Manager's Certificate are advantageous but not essential

Position 1: Wednesday 4:00PM - 10:00PM, Thursday + Saturday 4:00PM - 8:00PM

Position 2: Sunday + Monday + Tuesday 4:00pm - 10:00PM
