Chilled and Frozens Supervisor

About the Role

The role has been designed to help ensure that we have leads who can direct and motivate the team, alongside the Chilled and Frozen Manager, to achieve the department's goals, continuing to maintain high standards and productivity so that our customers receive an awesome shopping experience. 

• Provide exceptional leadership of our delicatessen & seafood team, always being above the line and willing to get stuck in.
• Always thinking customer and ensuring that the level of service not only you but the team provides is second to none.

• Physically fit – the role requires you to be constantly on your feet, maintaining the workflow of the department and assisting both team and customers, including jumping in to serve as and when required.
• Understanding of regulatory practices – health and safety and food safety are critical in this work area. 

Days and Hours:

The days and hours for this role are set based on the operational requirements of the department. These are non-negotiable. If you are unable to work the following, you will not be considered for the role.

• Sunday         11 am - 9 pm
• Monday        12 pm - 9 pm
• Tuesday        12 pm - 9 pm
• Wednesday   12 pm - 9 pm
• Thursday      12 pm - 8 pm

• All applicants must have the ability to work within NZ and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
