Gilmours Tauranga – Chilled, Fresh & Frozen (CFF) Warehouse Team Member

We are seeking an experienced CFF Warehouse Team Member to join our Tauranga team.

This role involves working in chilled and frozen environments, operating a reach forklift, physical fitness, and assisting customers on the shop floor.

Working Hours

Tuesday to Friday: 9:30am – 6:00pm and Saturday: 8:00am – 4:00pm (Saturday availability is essential)

Key responsibilities

Operate a reach forklift and pallet jack in chiller and freezer areas

Receive, store, and organise stock accurately

Replenish shelves and freezers using FIFO principles

Lift and move stock weighing up to 20kg, including climbing ladders

Work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Assist customers on the shop floor when required

Monitor product quality and report issues

What we are looking for 

Previous warehouse or food industry experience

Reach forklift experience and a current forklift licence

Physically fit to perform all tasks associated to the role

Good numeracy and literacy for stock counts and paperwork

Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance

Clear communication skills, team player and a customer-focused attitude
