We are looking for a friendly, keen, hardworking and reliable people to
join our Liquor / Chilled / Frozen department on a part-time or full-time basis.
You will be working with a committed and motivated team who prides
themselves on the quality produce and service we offer our customers here at New
World.
Your main duties will include:
- Replenishing stock
- Helping customers
- Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times
Here's what you'll need:
- To be physically fit – you’ll be on your feet all day, lifting, and
moving
- Regularly lifting heavy boxes (wine / beer / frozen foods / milk crates
etc)
- Fast on your feet you'll need to move around the store quickly to keep
up
- Customer service driven – you’ll spend a lot of time helping our
customers
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be reliable, we are a close team and you’ll be missed if you’re not
here!
- Have a good work ethic
- Be able to work well under pressure
