Join Our Team
We are seeking a dedicated Afternoon-to-Evening Chilled, Frozen, and Liquor (CFL) Supervisor to join our team. In this key leadership position, you will ensure shelves are fully stocked, products are attractively displayed, and stock is accurately accounted for. You will lead and motivate the team to maintain high service standards, resolve issues promptly, answer customer questions professionally, and work hands-on alongside your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily CFL operations, ensuring high presentation and availability standards
- Work alongside the team and ensure tasks are being completed
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve department targets
- Ensure food and health safety compliance. Train and develop staff to maintain a positive team environment
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous supervisory experience in retail (chilled, frozen, or liquor preferred)
- Knowledge of products, merchandising, and food safety standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to respond to changing priorities
- Proficient in problem-solving, planning and team development
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Shifts & Availability
This is a full-time position, working Sunday to Thursday, 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm (37.5 hours per week). Applicants should be available for all hours and days listed. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the food retail industry. Please note there is no on-site parking. Train and bus stations are a 5-minute walk away, or there is limited coupon parking.
