We have a team of over 170 highly passionate and dedicated individuals that make sure our customers get a great customer experience, which is why we are looking for a passionate, customer focused, people-person to take on the challenge of assisting in the smooth running of our Chilled Frozen Liquor departments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Chilled Frozen Liquor Supervisor, you will be required to assist with the day-to-day running of the departments including stocking the shelves to a high standards, oversee staff productivity as well as provide and train staff on delivering outstanding customer service. Some of the key areas for the role will be:

• Help assist in meeting specific departmental targets as well as operational delivery standards
• Assisting with on-shelf availability of products across all three departments
  
• Ensure Foodstuffs New World promotional and pricing programs are adopted as well as appropriate signage being displayed
• Assist in effectively managing and leading of the team along with their on-going training
• Adhere to the food safety, health & safety and compliance policies and guidelines for Online and the store

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

Here is what we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

• Previous retail experience in a supermarket is ideal!
• Ability to prioritise and multitask to consistently meet deadlines
• Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
• Comply with our food control plan / health and safety programme
• A “Can Do” Attitude
• Right to work in New Zealand
