Click & Collect Online Personal Shopper - Full Time

We at PAK'nSAVE Hastings have a fabulous new opportunity to join our Online Click & Collect team.

Days and hours for this position are as follows: (Please note this is one position totalling 32 hours per week)

• Sunday 6:00am - 2:30pm
• Monday 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Wednesday 6:00am -2:30pm
• Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Total 32 hours per week

In a role within the Online Department, you will appreciate the importance of creating a positive customer experience and thrive on getting positive feedback from your customers in the form of their online orders. This position would absolutely suit someone who is after an active role, with both independence and team work elements every single day.

The role

• Assist in the day-to-day picking, packing and processing of all online orders.
• Ensure all customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently.
• Working with a large team of both full time and part time employees to ensure that our customers always have products available to purchase.
• Taking completed orders out to customers’ vehicles with accuracy, efficiency, and great service.

• The ability to perform well around volumes of customers
