Click & Collect Personal Shopper - Part Time

We at PAK'nSAVE Hastings have a fabulous new opportunity to join our Online Click & Collect team. The Department is undergoing some exciting developments and we are in need of some motivated and customer focused individuals to join our team.

Hours for these shifts is 5.00am to 8.00am - a short 3 hour shift. We have these shifts available across each day of the week, and a typical position size comprised of these shifts is 3-4 per week = 9-12 hours per week

In a role within the Online Department, you will appreciate the importance of creating a positive customer experience and thrive on getting positive feedback from your customers in the form of their online orders. This position would absolutely suit someone who is after an active role, with both independence and team work elements every single day.

The role:

• Assist in the day-to-day picking, packing and processing of all online orders.
• Ensure all customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently.
• Working with a large team of both full time and part time employees to ensure that our customers always have products available to purchase.

• Ability to work alone and independently as well as in a team environment all whilst remaining productive!
• The ability to perform well around volumes of customers
• Bringing a strong customer‑first attitude to everything you do — aiming to deliver the best service in the BAY.
