Click & Collect Personal Shoppers - Part Time

We at PAK'nSAVE Hastings have two fabulous opportunities to join our Online Click & Collect team on a part time basis:

• Position 1: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 5.00am-1.30pm (24 hours per week)
• Position 2: Thursday, Friday and Saturday 5.00am-1.30pm (24 hours per week)

In this kind of role you will appreciate the importance of creating a positive customer experience and thrive on getting positive feedback from your customers in the form of their online orders. In the Personal Shopper role, you are required to assist in organising the day-to-day picking, packing and processing of all customer Grocery orders. They need to ensure all tasks are efficiently and accurately completed in a timely, professional manner thereby encouraging customers to make repeat Online purchases. Being a key member of the Online department, the successful candidates will have a heavy focus on delivering the best customer service in the BAY!

Daily tasks will include a variation of picking (shopping on the shop floor using the Click & Collect trollies and moving in a quick manner), and concierge service - e.g. presenting customers their orders within our new Drive Thru service!

This position would absolutely suit someone who is after an active role, with both independence and teamwork elements every single day. The more familiar you are with the Supermarket, the more efficient you will be at this particular position. Unfortunately, these positions do not suit school or tertiary students as they require you to be available during the day.
