Click & Collect Personal Shoppers - Part Time

We at PAK'nSAVE Hastings have some fabulous new opportunities to join our Online Click & Collect team. The Department is undergoing some exciting developments and we are in need of some motivated and customer focused individuals to join our team.

Positions: 

1. Sunday & Monday - 8:00am - 4:30pm (16 Hours)

2. Sunday & Monday - 10.00am-6.30pm (16 hours)

In a role within the Online Department, you will appreciate the importance of creating a positive customer experience and thrive on getting positive feedback from your customers in the form of their online orders. This position would absolutely suit someone who is after an active role, with both independence and team work elements every single day.

The role:

• Assist in the day-to-day picking, packing and processing of all online orders.
• Ensure all customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently.
• Working with a large team of both full time and part time employees to ensure that our customers always have products available to purchase.
• Taking completed orders out to customers’ vehicles with accuracy, efficiency, and great service.

• Ability to work alone and independently as well as in a team environment all whilst remaining productive!
• The ability to perform well around volumes of customers
• Bringing a strong customer‑first attitude to everything you do — aiming to deliver the best service in the BAY.
