Compliance & HR Manager - NW Milford
COMPLIANCE and HR MANAGER
If you are passionate about People, compliance and driving culture - We are on the hunt for a passionate Compliance and HR Manager to join our management team at New World Milford!
Compliance & HR Manager role include but not limited to:
- Ensure for all Health & safety and Food safety procedures and systems within the store that they are appropriately maintained at a level which ensures compliance in all audits.
- Actively promote health and safety and food safety to all staff
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all departments through the provision or reinforcement of appropriate training in conjunction with the Store Management Team
- Build relationships with Department Managers and individual Employees, to better understand department & individual employees’ needs and expectations.
- Provide generalist HR advice to the Store Management Team and Owner Operator.
- Assist the Owner Operator in coordinating the relationship with identified unions as appropriate.
- Liaise directly with the store’s HR Business Partner and the FSNI Capability and Development Team to ensure effective support is provided to the store.
- Record customer complaints and follow up corrective actions if required.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the store through input to the senior team and active participation and support of department and store wide initiatives

What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years' experience within a supervisor or Management Role.
- Customer and people driven.
- A good eye for quality and presentation.
- Able to strictly follow our Food Safety and Health and Safety program.
- Great people skills and ability to lead, train and inspire a small team.
- Reliable, self-motivated and be a good team player.
- SAP knowledge (Desirable)
