Compliance Manager
Compliance Manager - New World Te Kuiti
If you are passionate about Compliance and driving health & safety / food safety - We are on the hunt for a passionate Compliance Manager to join our management team here at New World Te Kuiti!
The compliance role includes but not limited to:
- Ensure for all Health & safety and Food safety procedures and systems within the store that they are appropriately maintained at a level which ensures compliance in all audits.
- Actively promote health and safety and food safety to all staff
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all departments through the provision or reinforcement of appropriate training in conjunction with the Store Management Team
- Build relationships with Department Managers and individual Employees, to better understand department & individual employees’ needs and expectations.
- Record customer complaints and follow up corrective actions if required.
- Deal with any product recalls or FS/HS issues or concerns thoroughly and in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the store through input to the senior team and active participation and support of department and store wide initiatives

What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years' experience within a supervisor or Management Role.
- A good eye for quality and presentation.
- Able to strictly follow our Food Safety and Health and Safety program.
- Great people skills and ability to lead, train and inspire a small team.
- Reliable, self-motivated and be a good team player.
Remuneration, hours and days will be discussed with you at your interview.
