Customer & Stock Supervisors

We’re excited to announce that New World Te Atatū will be opening its doors week commencing 10th August 2026, offering a new full-service modern supermarket and creating 90 new roles for the Peninsula. 

We’re now looking for Customer & Stock Supervisors who take pride in leading by example and keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly across the store. This role plays an important part in a brand‑new store, supporting teams across checkouts, online, and grocery to deliver great service, strong availability, and high standards. Your organization, reliability, and ability to support the team on shift will help set strong foundations from day one and ensure customers have a great experience every time they shop with us.

Te Tūranga – About the role

• This is a multi-faceted role that will see you working across online, checkouts and dry goods replenishment.
• Make sure customers enjoy a smooth, friendly, and efficient shopping experience.
• Support and guide your colleagues on shift
• Lead and motivate the checkout, online and grocery team
• Manage, tills, cash handling and quick problem solving when needed
• Maintain a clean, tidy checkout, front of store and trolley area
• Ensure grocery shelves are full and merchandised correctly.
• Work closely with department managers to keep standards high
