We’re adding to our Sales Support Team! If you're a natural on the phone, thrive under pressure, and love solving problems – we want to hear from you.

Monday to Friday 09:30 - 18:00

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and process orders accurately
  • Provide timely and professional support across enquiries and issues
  • Work closely with our Sales Team to ensure service consistency
  • Recommend products and highlight relevant promotions
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current offers

What we’re looking for

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally in wholesale or FMCG
  • Professional communication and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using phone and order entry systems
  • Salesforce or SAP experience is an advantage
  • Southeast Asian language skills are a bonus, not essential
