We are looking for a friendly and reliable Seafood
Customer Service Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working with
people, take pride in presentation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment,
we’d love to hear from you.
Hours are:
Tuesday - Saturday
6am-2:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service at the seafood
counter
- Assist customers with product knowledge,
preparation advice, and orders
- Weigh, wrap, label, and display seafood products
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food
safety, and hygiene
- Refill displays and ensure product quality and
freshness
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily
targets
About You:
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Customer-focused and well-presented
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
(including weekends)
- Able to follow food safety and health & safety
procedures
- Previous retail or food handling experience is an
advantage, but not essential
