Customer Service Assistants @ PAK'nSAVE Napier City


PAK'nSAVE Napier City is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our busy Customer Service team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering great service with a smile, we'd love to hear from you.

 

We have multiple part-time roles available across our customer service team:

Roster One: Checkout Assistant

  • Thursday: 10:00am - 2:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Roster Two: Checkout/Lotto Assistant

  • Friday: 3:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Saturday: 3:00pm - 9:00pm

Roster Three: Checkout Assistant / Self Scan Operator

  • Sunday: 3:30pm - 10:00pm
  • Monday: 3:30pm - 10:00pm

Roster Four: Checkout Assistant

  • Wednesday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
  • Friday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
  • Sunday: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Roster Five: Checkout/Trolley Assistant

  • Monday: 3:30pm - 7:00pm
  • Wednesday: 3:30pm - 7:30pm
  • Saturday: 3:30pm - 7:30pm

 

We are looking for people with a friendly and approachable personality, with strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people. You'll need to be reliable, punctual, and bring a great work ethic to every shift. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is important along with being comfortable handing cash and using point-of-sale systems. Full training will be provided to set you up for success.
